Registering your halcyon system
Registering your halcyonTM system is a really quick and simple task that comes with brilliant benefits. Once you have ordered and received your halcyonTM system, you need to go to https://cloud.halcyon-lighting.com. Once there you will see a list of all the servers available on the network with a 'Register' button beside them. Simply click the 'Register' button and fill in the registration form to complete the process. You will now be able to click on the server to access the webapp and setup your halcyonTM system. By registering your halcyonTM system you will automatically receive an extended 5 year warranty on your halcyon Lighting Server. You will also enable your technical support, maintenance and backup services. By creating an account with us your halcyonTM server will be connected securely to our cloud that will store all your system settings which will ensure that if for any reason you need to replace your halcyonTM server we can configure the replacement to your backed up specification before we ship it to you.
Another benefit is that it gives you another way to access your halcyonTM system to make changes, check the status of your system, check the energy use and more.
